Initial Session
At your first appointment you will be able to discuss why you would like counselling and what your personal hopes are.
The appointment will last about an hour in which I will take a brief history from you, and explain issues relating to confidentiality.
It will also give you an opportunity to meet with me and decide if you feel comfortable.
At the end of the meeting you will be able to decide if you would like to continue with further appointments.
If you decide you would like to, we would make a plan together.
The price for individuals is £50 per hour, and the price for couples is £60 per hour.
The most important aspect of our work is the relationship that we develop together.
